Description of Offerings

Aquacise – These complete aerobic exercise classes, accompanied by music, use equipment to tone and sculpt the body. Aquacise is a non-impact exercise that improves strength, flexibility and endurance. Participants of all ages, swimmers and non-swimmers alike, can take part in this type of exercise. All classes can be modified for special needs or to personalize the intensity level.

 

Adult Swim Instruction – Our goal at The Community Pool is to teach as many adults as possible to enjoy the benefits of the water. Whether you want to improve your stroke, learn a new stroke, are a beginner or have anxiety around the water, we have a program for you. Scheduled Adult Classes or private lessons are free for members.

Masters Swim Team – A coached practice for the novice to advanced swimmer. Improve your technique and your endurance in a fun and supportive environment.
